We did our annual spring yard cleanup and bonfire today. We had a pretty good fire going, burning the sticks and limbs that fell during the winter. We also threw in a couple of sticks of firewood and made a campFire out of it.

One thing I really like about my job is that I get to work from home. Especially when it's footie Friday!
Sunday afternoon at the park
We decided to go to the park, T-Mobile Park, on a Sunday afternoon. After church, we trekked down to the park and ride, and took the bus into town. We met one of the Aunties at the stadium, and spent the afternoon watching the M's rookies do their thing. For a rebuild year, they are … Continue reading Sunday afternoon at the park
Birthday at the Range

We checked out the map, and watched the videos explaining the watershed's contribution both to Seattle's water supply, and to the habitat conservation benefits … Continue reading Out to the lake
End of an Era
The not so little guy completed his run as a Cub Scout. The last pack meeting is interesting, because the boy scouts come, and explain the process of moving through Cub Scouts, and on into Boy Scouts.  The troop our pack normally fed into dissolved several years ago, so the troops in the region each … Continue reading End of an Era
