The overhead lights were really bothering me, making it hard to see, and often triggering headaches. I talked to my Ergo folks, and worked out an accommodation for a “Cube Shield”, a relatively simple device that really heps a lot.
It was very easy to install. I might have preferred a darker color, but as it was, it blocks enough light to make it pretty comfortable.
