Since his brother Wes over a friend’s house, the littlest guy and I went the park, got on our bikes, and hit the trails.
We picked up a bike rack a few weeks ago from a co-worker who got a new vehicle without a hitch, and we managed to land a new bike at a garage sale, so it was a good opportunity to test them both out. They worked great!

It was a nice ride. The new bike is larger, and fits him better. He was thrilled at the speeds he was able to generate!
We went to “The Bridge,” and used it as our turnaround point. Its the same bridge we watched the flooding from earlier in the year.
It was a fun ride.
The bridge is an old rail road bridge, now part of the Snoqualmie Valley Trail.
We had a great time, and he got an idea of the increased range a bike allowed… he wants to ride again – it looks like this might be the year we do the “Tunnel to Home Run.”
