Its that time of year again… Pinewood Derby Time! This time, both of the not so little guys were scouts, so they both were making a car for the race. As usual, I prepped the axles while I helped them work on the car itself
Both the boys wanted a wedge shape for their car, convined that would give them the edge in aerodynamics… so that’s what we did. They picked out the the colors, and did the painting.
When we got to the weigh-in, our cars were overweight, so we did a LOT of grinding… but we got them to spec in time, and entered the cars in the race.
Now we are looking forward to the race!
